The Superkül model looks like it sounds, super cool. Our most modern, avant-garde model for larger lots and those looking for an addition that stands out on the lane.

Superkül is the Toronto-based architecture studio led by Andre D’Elia and Meg Graham. R-Suite laneway suites are a select, order, permit and build process – with only 8 weeks of onsite construction. This compares to over a year long end-to-end process for a custom onsite build.
